Walk into most school offices in Nepal and you will find the same thing: three ledgers open at once, a filing cabinet that only one person understands, and a spreadsheet emailed around until nobody knows which copy is real. The work gets done. It just costs hours that should have gone to teaching.
The software sold to fix this usually makes a different trade. It gets the school online, and quietly leaves the door open: everyone can see everything, permissions are decoration, and one school’s data sits a query away from another’s. For a system holding the details of minors, that is not a shortcut. It is a liability.
NepEdu is our answer to both problems at once: put the whole school on one calm screen, and make it safe enough that a head teacher can stop worrying about what else is on it.
NepEdu holds the records of children. Most school software in this market treats that as an afterthought: a login screen bolted onto a database everyone can read. We build the other way around, so a record is walled off by school first and only then made useful.
