Parents
Switch between children. Attendance by month with the teacher's remarks, homework due and past, results with the grade sheet PDF, bills and receipts, library loans, notices, leave requests, the timetable and the school bus on a map.
Loading…One free app for iPhone and Android that changes with whoever signs in. Parents follow their child's attendance, homework, results, fees and school bus; teachers take the register and set homework; office staff confirm payments and run the library desk. Each sees only what their permissions allow, exactly as on the web.

Most school apps are a notice board with a login. Parents still ring, because the answer they want is not in it.
A parent wants to know whether their child reached school, and the only way to find out is to call.
Results arrive on paper, and a parent working abroad sees them weeks late.
The fee balance is in the office's book, not the parent's phone.
Important notices are lost in a Viber group of four hundred people.
A teacher marks attendance on paper and somebody types it in again at night.
The same app, a different institution for each person who signs in.
Switch between children. Attendance by month with the teacher's remarks, homework due and past, results with the grade sheet PDF, bills and receipts, library loans, notices, leave requests, the timetable and the school bus on a map.
Parents see what is due and paid. Paid by bank, QR or a wallet such as eSewa or Khalti? They report it with the transaction ID and a screenshot, the office checks it, and only then does a receipt appear.
Take the register, set homework and mark who did it, approve pupils' leave and request their own, see their timetable and duties, post notices, and open their own payslips.
Their timetable, homework, results and grade sheets, attendance, library books, notices and their school bus, and nothing about anybody else.
Confirm or reject the payments parents report, approve leave, see which buses need attention, and run the library desk: lend, return and count stock by scanning the barcode with the phone's camera.
Notices, results, homework and bus news arrive as notifications. Each person chooses which alerts they want and sets quiet hours.
Taken from NepEdu with a demo institution's data. What you see here is what your parents, students and staff will use.
Then see it on each person's phone
Chirag's father, Grade 10 A: today at school, every bill, and the results the day they are out.
Aarav, Grade 8 A: the class on now, the week's timetable, and their own attendance.
Ramesh, Grade 8 A's class teacher: the next class, today's register, and pupils asking for leave.
Said plainly, so nobody is surprised.
Fees are not paid inside the app. Parents pay the way they already do and report it; the school confirms.
There is no chat with teachers in the app. Notices and notifications are how the school reaches families.
The app's screens are in English. Dates follow your institution's own calendar, BS or AD.
Marks entry, mock tests and Ask Gyanu are on the web, not in the app yet.
Show us how your institution works today, registers, spreadsheets or another system, and we will show you what moving across actually looks like. No pressure, and a straight answer on price.
