A certificate leaves the building and is read by people who have no way to call you.
Certificates are typed into a Word file each time, so the spelling of a name depends on who typed it that day.
The register of issued numbers is a notebook, and two certificates end up with the same number.

Character, transfer, completion, provisional, participation and migration certificates, and academic transcripts built from published exam results. Each is drafted from the student's record, so the name and details match what the institution already holds.
Anyone with the right permission can draft. Issuing is a separate permission, so the person who prepares a certificate need not be the person who signs it off. The signatory's name and title are set once for the institution.
Each issued certificate takes the next number in your own format, with your prefix, and no two certificates can ever share one. The register of what was issued is the system itself, not a notebook.
Every issued certificate prints a verification link and code. Anyone can open it without a login and see that the certificate is genuine, and only what is already printed on it: never a date of birth, an address or, for a transcript, the marks.
An issued certificate is drawn from what was recorded when it was issued, so a later correction to the student's record never quietly changes a document already in someone's hand.
A certificate issued in error is revoked with the reason recorded, and its public check then answers "revoked" rather than nothing, so a paper copy still in circulation cannot pass as valid.

The default wording of each certificate is in English. You can edit it; ready-made Nepali-language wording is not included yet.
Certificates carry a printed verification link and code rather than a QR code, so a photocopy can still be checked by typing it in.
