Loading…NepEdu is a cloud-based school management system built for how Nepali institutions actually run, from a primary school to a +2 campus, a coaching centre or a training institute: students and staff, fees, attendance, exams and results in one place, scoped so nobody sees more than their job needs. School management system, school management software, school ERP: the words differ by vendor, the job is the same one, and this page describes how NepEdu does it.

Nothing here is a failure of effort. It is what happens when an institution's records live in more than one place and no single copy is the true one.
The same student's details sit in an admission register, a fee book and someone's spreadsheet, and all three disagree.
Only one person knows where anything is, so their leave day becomes everyone's problem.
Answering a parent's question means finding a physical file first.
Reporting season turns into reconstruction, because the numbers were never kept current.
Everyone shares one login, so there is no way to know who changed what.
One system, one source of truth, with each part built to be used by the person whose job it actually is.
Structured student profiles with guardians, and full staff records with departments, designations and qualifications. Fields for Nepal-specific details are built in, so the data you are asked to report is data you already hold.
Permissions are set per role and enforced on the server, on every request. Teachers see the students in the classes they actually take, guardians see their own children, and administrative detail stays with administrators.
Fee heads, structures and periods, invoices generated in runs, payments recorded against them with a full ledger, plus concessions, refunds and late fines. Every reversal needs a reason and keeps its trail.
Daily student attendance and staff attendance, with one unified leave request flow for both. Approving a staff leave marks the attendance automatically, so the two records cannot drift apart.
Grading schemes with grade bands, marks entry per subject, re-exams, seat plans and invigilation duty, and printable result documents. Results stay invisible to families until you explicitly publish them.
Run one campus or a whole network. Every record belongs to exactly one institution and every query is filtered by it, and the filter fails closed: if the institution cannot be established, you get nothing rather than everything.

Fee Reports
Fees: who owes what and what has come in, month by month in the Nepali calendar.
Migration is where most education software rollouts quietly fail. It is the part we have built the most carefully.
Tell us what you have. Registers, spreadsheets, an older system, or some mix of all three. Our team can do the move for you, free.
Import in a dry run first. Your file is validated and shown back to you with the problems flagged, before anything is written.
Fix the flagged rows in a grid, re-check, and only then commit. Guardians are de-duplicated and Nepali dates are detected as they come in.
Open the year with balances carried over, so an institution switching mid-year does not lose what families already owe.
Keep the paper until the digital copy has been checked by a second person and has survived a full term.
Show us how your institution works today, registers, spreadsheets or another system, and we will show you what moving across actually looks like. No pressure, and a straight answer on price.
